Here is an ancient text, discovered on a piece of parchment found in the caves of the Hasmoneans, in Ben Shemen forest. These writings may contain valuable information, reveal another unknown side to the Hasmoneans’s battels and maybe even help us get a massage from them, relevant still. But alas, a few words were deleted from this ancient script, making it difficult to understand what it means. The only way to identify these missing words is to dive into the story of Hanukkah, picking up clues along the way, and then maybe we will be able to succeed in cracking the massage it contains.
